Caroline studied traditional French cooking at Le Cordon Bleu and became cookery editor of Good Housekeeping magazine 

Her 'super power' is food styling and photography. And uses her painters eye to create edible, colourful images and content for herself and food clients.  

She has over 25 years experience and has worked as 

 Food Advisor for  Love Food Hate Waste to encourage people to waste less food.She is a Jamie Oliver Food Ambassador and 

worked closely with chefs such as Gordon Ramsay on The F Word and Raymond Blanc on Kitchen Secrets. 


She ran a series of events  The Wellness Project which encouraged people with  better food education in the community and the importance of Food as Medicine.

She has written three cook books, No Fuss Suppers and Great Kid's Parties and Party Food For Kids. 

 She has created websites and manage social media accounts for other foodies. Currently she is running Wild Ivy Retreats. Check out
